Step back in time through almost 400 million years of history, where ancient rock formations, early human stories, and Victorian discoveries come to life on a guided journey through the caves..
Interactive Stone Age Zone
Visit our indoor Stone Age Zone for interpretation, artefacts on display and interactive activities that will help you understand the heritage of Kents Cavern. Our Stone Age Zone is indoors and access is free with your cave ticket.
Children can dig for gemstones and keep whatever they might find.
Woodland Trail
Explore our Woodland Trail! Pick up an activity booklet from the ticket desk and embark on an adventure to find Ice Age animals, discover the skills our ancestors needed to survive and crack Cavog the Caveman's secret code. Return your completed booklet to the ticket desk for your tribal sticker!
