The Great Salcombe Crab Fest Bake Off
We are really excited that we can finally announce our plans for Salcombe Crab Fest this year
We will be holding a Bake Off style challenge with Matt Tebbutt as head judge and another chef and hosted by David Fitz Fitzgerald. The event should be around midday, outside our offices , with two age groups, 18s and over and 17 and under. The times may have to be a bit flexible as it depends on the amount of entries but as there is a holiday up for grabs so we may have one or two! The theme of the event will be Salcombe and the sea and the idea is to create a show stopper style cake that will be judged on appearance and taste. The adult winner will win a short break in Safehaven Salcombe and the junior winner will win a hamper of cooking bits and pieces worth £100.
