The property has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, with 2 of the bedrooms on the ground floor. The open plan living space is to be found on the second floor of this perfectly situated property. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pretty courtyard, or take the winding path steps to the spacious terrace which offers fantastic panoramic views of the Salcombe estuary. The town itself hosts a variety of independent shops, pubs and restaurants or there's the passenger ferry where you can take to the water and enjoy a picnic on one of East Portlemouth's beautiful sandy beaches.
