From The North and Wales
Follow the M5 motorway until joining the Devon Expy/A38 (signs for A380/ Torquay) and continue onto the A380. Take the B3192 exit for Teignmouth and continue ahead for approximately five miles. Turn left onto Exeter Rd/ A379, continuing ahead through the first roundabout. At the second roundabout take the 1st exit onto Myrtle Hill/ A379 and then turn left onto Dawlish Road. The hotel is on your right.
From Cornwall and the South
Join the A30 North from Cornwall. Follow signs to A38/ Plymouth. Join the Devon Expressway/ A38. Take the exit towards Ch.knighton/B3344/Kingsteignton/B3193.
Turn onto Clay Ln/ B3193. Merge onto the A380 towards Newquay. Exit the roundabout towards Teignmouth road. Pass the train station, then take the 1st exit onto Myrtle Hill/ A379 and then turn left onto Dawlish Road. The hotel is on your right.
