The Cricket Inn is situated in the pretty village of Beesands, just metres from the beach with views overlooking Start Bay. Located just 7 miles from Kingsbridge and 12 miles from Dartmouth, the Cricket Inn offers the perfect base to stay to explore the stunning South Hams countryside and is lucky enough to be located right on the South West Coast Path.

AA rosette award-winning dining, contemporary interiors, local ales, fine wines and views stretching across Start Bay are just a few things that make this one of the most enjoyable pubs in Devon, not to mention the warm welcome from the Cricket team eager to make you feel at home.

Award-Winning Bedrooms
The Cricket Inn boasts 7 bedrooms, five with the unrivalled views of the crystal clear waters of Start Bay. Recently awarded 4 Gold stars by the AA, the bedrooms have been beautifully decorated with a New England style and present walk-in showers, flat screen TV’s, complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee and beautiful seaside touches. The King size beds have pocket sprung mattresses, 100 % cotton linen and sumptuous feather and down quilts which will be sure to  provide a perfect night’s sleep. Due to our rural location and position by the sea, our WiFi can sometimes be intermittent.
