The Torre Abbey Team are developing a list of different tours and a synopsis of each, but this will not be ready until Jan/Feb however we can tailor tours e.g. gardens / house or a specific subject at any groups request.

Self-Led Foreign Language Schools Visits

Free entry to house and gardens for Group Leaders/Teachers/Drivers

- All packages, tours and refreshments must be booked in advance of visit please contact us to talk through your requirements.

Visit the Palm and Cactus Houses, home to tropical and sub-tropical plants, including endangered palms from Kew Gardens. Don’t miss the ‘Potent Plants Garden,’ celebrating Agatha Christie’s legacy with a collection of beautiful but sinister plants.

Torre Abbey is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all visitors. Our facilities include accessible toilets, a lift to all floors, and manual wheelchairs (pre-booking required). Most areas of the gardens are accessible to those using mobility aids.

Booking Information

Group tours are available all year round and must be booked in advance. We require at least 7-days notice for all group bookings. Contact us to discuss your group’s needs and to tailor your visit.

Parking

Drivers can drop passengers off close to the main entrance. Free coach parking nearby at the rear of Torquay train station.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking with us, we do ask for 2-weeks' notice. Any bookings cancelled within 2 weeks will be required to pay the full booking price.
