Enjoy a creative morning of block printing in the tranquil setting of Mothecombe Gardens that lie at the mouth of the Erme estuary, surrounded by The Flete Estate.
The session will begin with a wander through the glorious gardens at Mothecombe in search of inspiration for your designs. You can take photos or sketches or just soak in the surroundings.
Grace Coombes from Linnet Workshops will then guide you through each step of the process from designing, carving and printing your blocks on to paper.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and no previous experience is necessary. Come along and try something new. Share the experience with a friend or take some time out just for you.
All materials included. Tea, coffee and refreshments will also be provided.
