This five week in-depth theory and practical course will explore the art and culture of fermentation; equipping you with the knowledge and the confidence to appreciate and harness the microscopic beings that are crucial to our lives.

Taking inspiration from recipes and techniques from around the world we'll be looking at and working with grains, vegetables, dairy, beans & pulses as well as various liquid ferments. With lots of tips, talking and tasting you'll leave with everything you need to continue your journey into the world of fermentation.
