Join us for a special evening of music, poetry and readings to remember someone special this Christmas.
This festive season, Hospiscare invites you to join our Light Up A Life celebration in honour and memory of loved ones we have lost.
In addition to our memorial Book of Memories, which will be displayed in local churches and community centres, the online Gallery of Memories, and the Hospiscare Tree of Lights, which will stand on Exeter's Cathedral Green throughout December, we are also holding three in-person events where we can come together in celebration and remembrance of those we love.
