Teignmouth and Shaldon museum has a wide array of displays, presenting the rich history of the area. There's plenty to entertain the children including original pier machines to play, dressing up and putting on Punch and Judy shows whilst the older ones might enjoy a virtual experience of UBoat spotting in the First World War. Entry is free throughout August andTeignmouth and Shaldon Museum will have an exhibition celebrating the first 40 years of Shaldon Wildlife Trust, plus every Thursday throughout the month there will be free animal based activities for the children from 11.00 - 3.00.
