Water Sound Bath Experience at Cary Arms & Spa

Step into a unique sensory journey at the Cary Arms & Spa—where sound, water, and sea views combine to calm the mind and restore balance.

Our Water Sound Bath Experience takes place in the warmth of our ocean-facing hydrotherapy pool. As you float or gently move through the water, the healing tones of crystal singing bowls fill the space—vibrations that you’ll feel not just around you, but within you. This is more than a spa session; it’s a chance to deeply relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Whether you join a small group or book a private one-to-one session, each experience includes one hour of sound immersion in water, followed by exclusive access to our tranquil sea-view sauna to complete the restoration.

Choose from two ways to experience sound therapy:

Group Sessions
– 1-hour sound immersion in water
– 1 hour use of spa facilities afterwards
– £35 per person
– Every other Friday from 23rd January – 20th March 2026

Evening sessions are at 5:30pm-7:30pm and morning sessions are at 9am-11am. First session on 23rd January is an evening session then rotating morning and evening sessions going forward.
(Minimum 2 guests, maximum 6)

Private One-to-One Session
– 90-minute bespoke sound journey, including a voice analysis
– 1 hour use of spa facilities
– £125 per person
– Pre-booking required (minimum 24 hours notice) From 9am - 10am.

This calming, meditative experience is designed for those seeking stress relief, emotional release, or simply a moment of stillness by the sea.
