Come and learn to forage nature's freshest wild harvest of salads, greens, tea and tonic herbs, with Forager Trudy Turrell. Strolling over coastal organic Carswell Farm, we'll gather the ingredients for a vibrant salad, a nourishing soup, herb teas and spring tonics which we will cook and enjoy together in Carswell's field kitchen.
You can find out how to preserve and ferment spring wild foods too. Suitable for complete beginners. An indulgent walk and workshop to slough off winter and let nature nurture you into Spring.
