An award-winning art gallery in Honiton, Thelma Hulbert Gallery is a great day out for art enthusiasts of all ages. With an ever-changing programme of amazing exhibits, there really is something for everyone. And for those looking to take a snap for your Instagram, the building that houses the gallery is just perfect for it – a Grade II listed town house, which was once home to Thelma Hulbert herself.

East Hill Strips

East Hill Strips is a wonderful area situated within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Cadhay House

A Tudor manor house situated close to Ottery St Mary, just south west of Honiton. Visitors can stay at this grand home or even hold their wedding there! For those looking to snap a social media picture, the house and garden are open to the public every Friday afternoon from May until September as well as other days on certain bank holidays.

Witness Moor Woodland

Witness Moor Woodland can be found on the edge of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty north west of Honiton. The magical forest provides enchanting wooded walks with lots of great viewpoints to be enjoyed. Goren Farm is situated just a short drive away from Honiton and is known for its wildflower meadows. South Wood Farm

Although only open rarely to the public and part of the National Garden Scheme, in 2019 there are two days to visit in September, South Wood Farm in Cotleigh is a prime example of exceptionally kept gardens which surround a 17th century farmhouse.
