South Milton Sands and Harbour Beach in Hope Cove both offer the perfect natural surroundings for an early morning or evening yoga practice and on certain days a sunset yoga practice. Refresh your body and focus your mind in the great Devon outdoors with sand between your toes. All abilities welcome, please check the Simply Soulful Yoga website for details of which sessions will be on which beach, and to book.
