DUNSFORD, DEVON – Get ready for a spectacular day out as the Dunsford Village Show returns on Saturday 5 th July 2025, bringing a vibrant mix of carnival energy and country charm to the heart of Dartmoor National Park.
This year's show promises something truly special, with a new carnival twist blending the fun of a traditional county show with colourful entertainment. Expect circus-themed workshops and games, interactive performances, and high-energy shows – all set to the infectious rhythms of samba from the incredible Street Heat, who will fill the showground with music and movement in full costume.
Family-friendly highlights include:
Andrei Burton, Britain's Got Talent finalist, performing jaw-dropping mountain bike trials
Come Bye – a dog and duck display showcasing the magic of sheepdog handling
Dartmoor Hill Ponies – captivating demonstrations of agility, beauty and tradition
Higher Beings – circus skills and stilt walkers under a star-studded canopy
Classic cars, vintage games, maypole dancing, school choir, and more
The Dog Show – giving your four-legged friends a chance to shine

The main show and horse show take place in adjacent fields in Dunsford (sat nav: EX6 7ED).
From Exeter direction, the Show field is first right on B3212 after Briton St Ln.
