Flight

FLIGHT is the second work presented by DARKFIELD, the creators of 2017 Edinburgh Festival sell out hit SÉANCE. The performance takes place in a 40ft high-cube container in absolute darkness and lasts for 20 minutes.

Flight explores the Many-Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics and how this conveniently tells us how to avoid the worst case scenarios that we all fear.

DARKFIELD, founded by Glen Neath & David Rosenberg, is an ongoing project. Ultimately a collection of individual experiences in shipping containers that explore fear and anxiety.

Each show employs binaural sound, pitch darkness and movement to situate each audience member at the centre of an evolving narrative.
