An unforgettable day retreat at the stunning Mothecombe Estate on May 4th. This immersive experience will leave you glowing from the inside out, starting with an ecstatic dance session led by the brilliant DJane. Get ready to shake off the week's stresses with a Twerking Masterclass hosted by Emilia-Jane, designed to get your hips moving and energy flowing in the beautiful walled gardens. Silent disco headphones will guide you through every beat, allowing you to fully sink into the rhythm and release any tension in both body and mind.
After getting your groove on, ease into a calming wind-down yoga and wine session, the perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. We'll make our way down to the sea for an invigorating swim to refresh and energise.
As the day winds down, enjoy the warmth of the sauna and good vibes around the fire. Charlequin, from Beat Circus and the official Somewhere Sauna director, will keep the atmosphere alive, djing a specially curated set of tunes. Add a real sense of luxury to your evening and immerse yourself in a herbal sauna ritual with Plants Move You, connecting deeply with nature's healing elements, or simply relax by the fireside with VINOYASA with a tipple or two!
Bring the Sunshine is a day dedicated to nourishing your soul, moving your body, and celebrating life's simple pleasures. Reconnect, unwind, and feel the warmth of the sunshine — inside and out. A FEMALE-led retreat day, combining a powerful combination of female practitioners/DJS/ Facilitators to enhance your experience!
