Our Smoker is a unique cooker which melds the joy of outside dining with the culinary prowess of our expert kitchen team. If you didn't attend one of last year's 'Night from the Smoker' evenings, you will have missed an array of dishes, such as ribs, brisket and chicken, and uniquely tasty sides and sauces that can't be emulated by cooking with other methods.
