Set within the atmospheric surroundings of our Dartmoor estate, this refined gourmet evening is inspired by the depth, colour and abundance of autumn. Each course will showcase ingredients freshly harvested from our Kitchen Garden, alongside the finest local produce, creating a thoughtful and beautifully balanced culinary journey.
Designed with seasonality and sustainability at its heart, the menu will celebrate the flavours of the land, from garden-grown ingredients to carefully selected produce from trusted local suppliers.
Each dish will be perfectly paired with an accompanying wine flight, chosen to complement the textures, flavours and character of the menu.
