Here the vastness of the horizon is immense, dissolving into the nothingness of beyond. Within this land live the Mongolian nomads, moving across both Desert and Steppe with their herds of goats; sheep; Bactrian camels and horses. Their Gers are to be seen strewn across these great distances as they continually move with their animals, taking their homes with them. In contrast, the Altai Mountains of the western region are home to the Kazahk nomads who hunt with Golden Eagles. A remote mountainous region and a harsh way of life. To share time with these people is to experience a life of being at one with nature and the elements. Come and explore with me.
Tickets: £5.00, on sale 20th May 2022. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite here.
