Learn to make fruity jams and shimmering jellies with the first juicy berries and currants of the season.

From selecting fruit to potting up, Pam and Liz will guide you through all the stages of making traditional and reduced sugar jams as you make your own. You will also learn how to make fruit stock to turn into sweet or savoury jellies and how to make a fruity cordial.

The day starts with coffee at 9.30am and a welcome chat with Pam & Liz. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and get hints & tips throughout the day.

You will also enjoy a light, seasonal lunch in The Riverford Field Kitchen and take home all the produce you have made during the day.
