Celebrate St George's Day with a fantastic community celebration in Simmons Park, Okehampton, on Sunday 26th April, running from 10:00 – 16:00.
St George's Day Celebrations in the Park will bring the town together for a fun-filled day of entertainment, activities and local spirit in a beautiful outdoor setting – perfect for families, friends and visitors of all ages.
The event will feature live music, Morris dancing, gift stalls, charity dog show, sword school, dragon trail, street food & bar, plus workshops & demos and plenty of children's entertainment throughout the day hosted by OCRA.
With free entry, everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy a relaxed and lively day out, celebrating community, tradition and local talent.
The event is delivered in partnership with Okehampton BID and Okehampton Town Council, supporting a vibrant town centre and bringing people together for an inclusive community celebration.
