Twilight wander - forest bathing experience

Experience the magic of twilight or a sultry summer afternoon through all your senses as I invite you to slow down and step out of your busy mind into a place of instinct, intuition and peace.
The walk will be no further than a mile. The route is thoughtfully curated to enhance your experience according to the season and weather on the day.
This is not a hike or a nature walk where we identify species. It is an opportunity to be fully present in your senses, experiencing the forest from an authentic place of heart with the curiosity of a child. It is deeply relaxing and playful experience as you tune into the plant and animal world with the senses our ancestors used to thrive and survive.
Each wander culminates in a rustic tea ceremony with herb tea and snacks.

After booking I will give you directions a few days before the date of the walk as to where to meet as each walk will take place in a different region of the estate.
