Meet Vik ❤️
Willow and Wire Sculptor Victoria Westaway, or Vik, as she's more commonly known, hails from South Somerset. She began her creative journey as a theatre designer and maker, using a willow framework for carnivalesque costumes. From here, she developed her practice to bring her dynamic sketches to life, creating forms from willow and wire that encapsulate her love of texture and mass.
Want to learn a new skill and develop creative connections with materials? Try making your willow sculptures using locally sourced, sustainable & natural willow with Devon-based artist and sculptor, Victoria Westaway – no previous experience required!
