On Saturday, 15th July 2023, The Pottery By Night Restaurant will be cooking up a unique feast of flavours on their smoker, situated outside in their atmospheric Courtyard area. Join them for an extraordinary discovery of smoked foods, which attendees can expect to have the relaxing atmosphere of a BBQ while the food itself will be cooked to perfection!
Dishes on the menu will include (but not be limited to) a whole rack of ribs, slow-cooked beef brisket, and hot smoked trout. You won't be disappointed with sides including rosemary fries, corn on the cob, macaroni cheese, and sauces such as aioli and homemade chilli jam!
Bookings are advisable for all culinary events. There is an undercover outdoor heated seating area for those who wish to dine al fresco (weather permitting).
Each dish includes two sides and a sauce of choice, priced from £17 per meal. Couples dining together can enjoy a Combo for Two for just £60, including four great dishes, with sides and sauces to sample more than one item off the menu in the evening.
