Yoga for children (6-11)
3.45-4.45
Fun, playful yoga through story, movement, and breath. Encourages creativity, regulation, focus, and body awareness.
Yoga for Teens (12-18)
4.45-5.45
A more traditional yoga class incorporating poses, breathwork, and mindfulness. The class remains playful and engaging, with activities tailored to support teens to build body awareness, emotional regulation, and develop a stronger sense of self.
Ages are guidelines; adventurous 11-year-olds may join.
There is a FREE taster session (2nd April) before regular classes begin from the 23rd April at a sliding scale of £8/£10/£12.
If your child has any special needs or is neurodivergent, yoga can be incredibly supportive - please chat with Lizzy beforehand to check that the environment will support your child to thrive.
Led by Lizzy, a qualified secondary science teacher and qualified children's yoga teacher with ten years teaching experience in the classroom, and 5 years experience teaching yoga. Enhanced DBS checked.
