situated beside the River Bovey in the Riverside Mill, at the lower end of Bovey Tracey town centre. Bovey Tracey itself is just 15 miles south west of Exeter, approximately 2 miles off the A38 Expressway to Plymouth. After leaving the A38 at the Bovey Tracey exit, follow directions to the town centre (there are also brown tourist signs).
