Calling all young animal lovers and music makers!
Dartmoor Zoo are proud to present: Animal Anthems – a super fun workshop where you'll spend the day exploring Dartmoor Zoo and writing a song all about the animals you meet, hosted by the incredible Cameron Mills Group!
You'll start by going on an adventure around the zoo to learn cool facts about our amazing animals. Then, with help from the friendly team at Cameron Mills Group, you'll work together to write a song – from the melody and lyrics, right the way through to the rhythm and beat.
By the end of the day, the whole group will have created an awesome song to remember the animals and the fun you had!
There are 3 sessions available and spaces are limited, so we suggest booking in advance!
T&Cs apply:
This course is open to all individuals, with a guidance of 5 years plus.
Cameron Mills Group will provide all instruments and equipment required on the day.
Tickets to this event are not included as part of your admission, so general admission tickets would need to be purchased (or if you are an annual pass holder) booked in advance.
Tickets to this event are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled/postponed by Dartmoor Zoo or Cameron Mills Group.
Please arrive at the Jaguar Suite at least 5 minutes before your session is due to start, so staff can check your tickets accordingly.
1 parent space is allocated per child ticket (excluding additional child ticket) and they must accompany the child for the entirety of the event.
Each session begins with a zoo tour, please wear appropriate footwear as parts of our ground are uneven and hilly.
