From North: Take M5 South and continue onto A38 – Take the A385 exit for Paignton/South Brent/Avonwick/B3210 – first exit from the first and second roundabouts and then follow the brown tourist signs for Hotel.
From South: Take A38 North – Take the South Brent/Avonwick exit after the Shell Garage and from there take three lefts following the white and brown tourist signs for the Hotel.
